Chris founded Lighthouse Marketing Systems 6 years ago with a clear vision in mind. To create a premium lead generation company with a focus on exclusive domains which would provide Lighthouse and its partners the opportunity to work with top brand name clients.
This strategy has allowed Lighthouse to create user engagement metrics and margins much higher than the traditional industry average. Before founding Lighthouse, Chris attended the University of Victoria where he earned a degree in Economics and History with a minor commerce.
During the final years of his degree Chris began to take an interest in the affiliate marketing space utilizing his skills in SEO, Social Media Buying, and by creating and developing some of the first gaming applications on the Facebook platform.
Chris crafted Lighthouseʼs future strategy and technology by the lessons he learned through these initial years in the affiliate space directly after college. He then sought to differentiate the performance marketing space with his next venture.
Outside of work Chrisʼ main passions include sports and discovering new places and cultures. Luckily his work takes him around the world each year where he is able to combine all his passions at once.
Jaroslav joined Lighthouse shortly after its inception, bringing an expertise in consumer psychology and Email Solutions Platforms. By defining the characteristics of Lighthouseʼs subscribers and consumers, Jaroslav has tailored a marketing strategy that generates deliverability and engagement metrics far higher than the industry standard.
Six-years of direct sales in Europe, New Zealand and North America, there is one key principle Jaroslav has: Know Your Customer. This mantra has allowed Jaroslav to implement a marketing strategy for Lighthouse that has set them apart from the competition.
When Jaroslav isnʼt in front of a computer, he enjoys long drives out to the country, enjoying nature and unwinding.
